Viva Industrial Trust (“VIT”)\u00a0is a Singapore-focused business park and industrial real estate investment trust listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) on 4 November 2013. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

VIT comprises Viva Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (“VI-REIT”) and Viva Industrial Business Trust (“VI-BT”). VI-REIT has the principal investment strategy of investing in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate that is predominantly for business parks and other industrial purposes in Singapore and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region. VI-BT is presently inactive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

VIT’s current property portfolio covers an aggregate gross floor area of 3.9 million sq ft and is strategically located in key business parks and established industrial clusters with an aggregate valuation of close to S$1.3 billion. Its nine properties serve over 149 tenants with 39.5% of them in information technology, e-business or data center operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VI-REIT focuses on investing, directly or indirectly,\nin a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate that is\npredominantly for business parks and other industrial purposes, whether wholly\nor partially, in Singapore and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VIT’s current property portfolio covers an aggregate gross floor area of 3.9 million sq ft and is strategically located in key business parks and established industrial clusters with an aggregate valuation of close to $1.3 billion. Its nine properties serve over 144 tenants with 40% of the tenants are in information technology, e-business or data center operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
