The real estate which is used for \u201chospitality\u201d purposes includes hotels, serviced residences, resorts and other lodging facilities, whether in existence by themselves as a whole or as part of larger mixed-use developments, which may include commercial, entertainment, retail and leisure facilities. Properties which are used for \u201chospitality-related purposes\u201d include retail and\/or commercial assets which are either complementary to or adjoining hospitality assets which are owned by OUE H-REIT or which OUE H-REIT has committed to buy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OUE Hospitality Trust now is managing three properties, including Crowne Plaza Changi Airport (CPCA), MANDARIN ORCHARD SINGAPORE, MANDARIN GALLERY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crowne Plaza Changi Airport\n(CPCA) is a 563-room hotel managed by InterContinental Hotels Group with\nconnectivity to Changi Airport\u2019s passenger terminals and within a short\ndistance to Changi Business Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mandarin Orchard Singapore is a renowned upscale hotel\nwith strong brand recognition given its relatively long history of operations\nin Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situated along Orchard Road, in the heart of Singapore\u2019s premier hotel, shopping and entertainment district.
