His recent purchases include 1 and 3 Phillips Street in the Raffles Business District. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He and his son Bobby agreed to buy a 540-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for $110 million from BlackRock. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their overseas portfolio includes assets in Australia and Indonesia.
