FCT is managed by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd., a real estate management company and a subsidiary of Frasers Centrepoint Limited.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FCT currently owns a portfolio of six quality suburban shopping malls in Singapore with a combined appraised value of S$2.5 billion. They are, in descending order\u00a0of size,\u00a0Causeway Point,\u00a0Northpoint,\u00a0Changi City Point,\u00a0Bedok Point,\u00a0YewTee Point\u00a0and\u00a0Anchorpoint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FCT\u2019s principal activity is to invest in income-producing properties used primarily for retail purposes, in Singapore and overseas. Its primary objectives are to deliver regular and stable distributions to unitholders and to achieve long-term capital growth.
