拿督斯里张建安先生不仅是新加坡得运德士私人有限公司的主席兼首席执行官，也是优联能源集团Union Gas Holdings Limited的创办人，并担任常务主席。
张先生于1974年创立独资企业，在新加坡液化石油氣市场拥有超过40年的经验，并对业务有深入的知识和了解。他负责制定集团的策略重点和方向。
他以煤气大亨和德士头家闻名业界。40多年前，这位中学辍学的青年靠送煤气桶维生，现在他拥有优联能源公司，该公司控制着超过30％的罐装煤气市场，年收入达1.3亿新元。
张建安先生于2011年获得公共服务奖章（Pingat Bakti Masyarakat）。目前，他担任醉花林俱乐部（潮州氏族协会）的主席。

Dato Seri Teo Kiang Ang, PBM serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Trans-Cab Holdings Ltd. Mr. Teo is founder of Union Gas Holdings Limited and serves as its Non-Executive Chairman. Having founded the business as a sole proprietorship in 1974, Mr. Teo has more than 40 years of experience in the LPG market in Singapore and has gained intimate knowledge and understanding of the business. He is responsible for formulating Group’s strategic focus and direction.
He serves as President of Chui Huay Lim (a Teochew clan association) and was awarded the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) in 2011.
Mr. Teo is best known as a gas tycoon and taxi towkay.
The secondary school dropout made a living delivering gas cylinders more than 40 years ago but now owns Union Energy Corporation, which controls more than 30 percent of the bottled gas market and has an annual revenue of $130 million.
