President Director & Chief Executive Officer of PT Intiland Development Tbk, Indonesia
Mr. Hendro Santoso Gondokusumo has been the President Director and Chief Executive Officer of PT Intiland Development Tbk since June 22, 2011. Previously, he held the post of Intiland’s Vice President Commissioner (2007-2011) and President Director (1983-2007), during which he was instumental in leading Intiland to become a successful developer listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Currently, Mr. Gondokusumo also serves as the Vice-Chairman of Property Division of Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) of the Republic of Indonesia, a Commissioner at The Jakarta Old Town Revitalization Corporation (PT Pembangunan Kota Tua Jakarta), a member of Trustee Board of Jakarta Endowment for Art & Heritage (Kelompok Pelestarian Budaya Kota Tua Jakarta) and the Chairman of Indonesia Golf Course Owner Association (APLGI).
Mr. Gondokusumo served as the Chairman of the Jakarta Property Club from 2007-2010 and was actively involved in several real estate organizations such as the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), the International Real Estate Institute (IREI) and the Indonesian Real Estate Association (REI).
In 2017, Mr. Gondokusumo received two awards namely “A Lifetime Achievement Award” at BTN-Golden Property Awards 2017, from Indonesia Property Watch & BTN and “The Inspiring Business Leader 2017” from Properti Indonesia Awards 2017. In 2008, he was awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the Ministry of Public Housing, Property & Bank Magazine, Property and Financial Journalist Association.
