克里斯．维兰（Mr. Kris Taenar Wiluan）于1948年出生于印尼雅加达。他是印尼的油田专用货品制造商和服务商—Citramas集团的创办人，Citramas主要从事石油天然气设备生产，物流和船运服务，钻井台的维护安装，码头港口基础设施，电信服务到休闲度假和多媒体产业。
克里斯也是新加坡金声能源（KS Energy）的集团主席兼总裁。
除了Citramas，克里斯本身还经营两家家族生意。一家公司Citra Bonang，供应印尼市场的面包食品酵母。另一家Indo Lysaght拥有在雅加达、泗水和棉兰的三家工厂，年产3万吨氧化锌（Zinc Oxide），主要用于橡胶轮胎的生产。
克里斯积极参与社区和体育活动。他是亚细安跆拳道协会会长，新加坡跆拳道协会的荣誉赞助人。克里斯．维兰成立了Citramas 基金，参与多项慈善活动，他也在巴淡开办了一所中学，为当地没有经济能力的渔民子女提供义务中学教育。他把企业深深扎根在巴淡，对巴淡岛的社区的贡献，当地人称他为“巴淡之王”。

Mr. Wiluan is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KS Energy Limited. He is also the founder of the Citramas Group, a diversified group of businesses that he founded in 1980.
The Citramas Group’s business activities include oilfield equipment manufacturing, shipping and logistics, drilling services, infrastructure development comprising port and ferry terminals, hotels and an animation and film production company, hospitality and leisure industry.
KS Energy’s geographic reach spans South East Asia, China, Indo-China, the Middle East, the Mediterranean, Africa, the North Sea, the European Union and the USA. The KS Energy Group has a workforce of more than 1,000 employees across the world. 2014, employees of KSE Group have participated in various charity runs; Race Against Cancer; The Boys’ Brigade Share-A-Gift Project. Food items and daily necessities were personally delivered to needy families.
In 2014, employees of KSE Group came together to form a caroling group with the purpose of raising funds for a new initiative – Promised Land Community Services.
